New milestone: With Fidel Gil, we are further expanding our AI competencies

Another step into our future as a MarTech company has been taken: With Fidel Gil (37), we are further expanding our expertise in the areas of AI and machine learning, thus further positioning ourselves for the future. And for matelso that means: matelso platform for a communication based lead management.

As of now, Fidel is responsible in our Product Management team for developing intelligent systems, algorithms and data models and implementing them in the matelso platform. In the future, these will analyze, recognize and visualize speech patterns, keywords, brand messages and moods in the human conversational structure – whether in vocal or written interaction. In this way, all conversational touchpoints such as telephony, video calls, (voice) chat or e-mail can be used to make the customer experience more attractive, more efficient and more useful for customers throughout the entire customer journey.

AI and conversational channels are key

The information from conversational channels is extremely important, especially for marketers. The data is used, for example, to measure the results of campaigns or direct customer interactions and to draw conclusions about their quality and impact. This creates valuable insights that are then fed back into the marketing strategy, but also as feedback to employees regarding the structure of conversations, the use of keywords or call-to-actions.

In the future, Fidel Gil will support us with his AI and machine learning expertise to filter out these important content indicators from all communication channels and make them usable for our customers. He will also develop new use cases and embed artificial intelligence even deeper into our platform.

Before joining matelso, the computer science graduate worked for several years as a platform engineer at the Venezuelan system integrator Sistemas MPC in Caracas. There he was responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of complex server, storage and data center infrastructures. Now he is joining our team, bringing his in-depth knowledge to customers such as Autoscout24 and Immoscout24, the agency moccamedia and the telecommunications company Vodafone.

Strategic personnel decisions are implemented

This strategic personnel move does not stand alone. We are currently in a strong growth phase: In the past few months, we have already strengthened our team with two other important appointments: in the area of technology with Andrew Gursky and in communications with William Wells. In this way, our company continues to professionalize itself on all business levels and position itself for the future.
