As an innovative MarTech company and leading solution provider in the areas of Call Tracking and online marketing, we recently received an innovation grant of 500,000 euros for our new matelso Digital Customer Experience solution – the matelso platform for a communication based lead management. The money comes at the right time and will be put to good use: With the funds from the InnoTop technology support program set up by the Rhineland-Palatinate Ministry of Economics and co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), we will further expand and future-proof our advanced Software-as-a-Service platform.
The funding decision was handed over by Daniela Schmitt, the Rhineland-Palatinate Minister of Economic Affairs, during a personal visit to our HQ in the center of the university city of Kaiserslautern on June 24, 2022.
Minister Daniela Schmitt is impressed with the development of the matelso Digital Customer Experience platform
In her appreciation speech in front of Kaiserslautern’s Lord Mayor Dr. Klaus Weichel, our approximately 35 employees and other selected guests, the Minister explained the importance of the funding for the innovation location RLP as well as our project: “The goal of the grant is to contribute to increasing the innovation dynamics in the state. In the course of globalization, companies must assert themselves against international competitors and in the favor of their customers. New technologies can be an effective aid in this. I am pleased that we can support matelso in the AI-based development of an online marketing tool and thus also strengthen Kaiserslautern as a technology location.”
With the approved funds, our CEO and founder Frank G. Froux will continue to drive the development of our new, value-creating matelso Digital Customer Experience software – first results are expected to be seen in the market in Q1 2023. The focus will be on creating a unique customer experience that combines and harnesses information from all communication channels (voice, email, video call, chat, etc.) in a unified, easy-to-implement, cloud-based platform. This gives companies the opportunity to reduce the complexity of previous systems, create more transparency and comprehensively optimize their marketing investments as well as sales and service processes.
Frank G. Froux commented: “The innovation grant will enable us to accelerate the evolution of our already successful MarTech software and thus enter the market faster than planned. Speed is of the essence in such a highly competitive environment as in our industry. We therefore thank the Minister and the state for this support.”
