Two new colleagues for sales and account management

Our MarTech company matelso continues to grow – both technologically and in terms of personnel. Since the beginning of November 2022, the new, cloud-based matelso platform for a communication based lead management is online and available for customers. In order to take off in the market, we are strengthening our sales and account management team with two new colleagues in our sales team: Ana-Maria Cosma-Scheu and Anton Petrukhin – each as Key Account Manager. From now on, both of them will contribute their profound know-how in the areas of sales strategies, lead generation, business development and account management to our approximately 40-strong team and thus directly contribute to our success.

New colleagues: The assignment

In the future our new colleagues, Ana-Maria and Anton, will help to position our new lead management platform nationally and internationally in the market and to acquire new customers. With the innovative matelso platform, companies can combine all direct communication channels (mail, call, video call, chat, contact form) to their customers on a central user interface and thus make them visible to all relevant user groups – across departments and without data silos. This makes it possible to set up marketing and lead management processes in a completely new way and much more efficiently than before, and to gain and use value-adding insights across the entire customer journey. From the first click on the website to the transfer of lead and conversion data into the CRM and analytics tools. The result: faster and more efficient decision-making processes, significantly more leads for the same budget, and high-quality data for the CRM. In short: more revenue and higher sales figures!

About Ana-Maria Cosma-Scheu

To achieve this, Ana-Maria Cosma-Scheu is joining our MarTech company as Key Account Manager. With her know-how from more than 15 years of professional experience in the areas of sales, sales process optimization and lead generation, she will in future be contributing to our business goals. She will focus on identifying potential new customers and winning them over for our innovative technologies and platforms. The focus will be on the German-speaking markets of Germany, Austria and Switzerland. She will also help to streamline internal sales processes and make them more efficient. The graduate economist comes from the service company Protel, Kaiserslautern, where she was most recently head of service. In this role, she was responsible for all processes relating to customer care and customer support.

About Anton Petrukhin

Anton Petrukhin, a native Ukrainian, continues to strengthen our sales team. In his position as Key Account Manager, the Odessa-born sales expert will be primarily responsible for acquiring new leads and customers in non-German speaking markets – for our matelso platform, but also for our award-winning Call Tracking technology. In addition, he will be responsible for customer care for existing European customers and will establish and expand new partnerships with online marketing and performance marketing agencies in the future. He joined us from the Ukrainian platform provider Ringostat. There he worked as Team Lead Sales. Prior to that, he held the position of General Manager at logistics company Fomag Forwarding (also in Ukraine). Anton Petrukhin can look back on a 17-year career – five years of which were spent in sales of Call Tracking and cloud telephony technologies.
