With Call Messaging 2.0 we offer our customers the possibility to set up their email notifications freely according to their needs.
Of course, you can still conveniently use the quickly set up matelso standard template.
Use matelso standard template #
You can find the Call Messaging 2.0 templates in the Control Panel:
The two default templates for missed and received calls, need to be set up first:
You can already set up your own subject and sender information.
Attention, we do not recommend to use a sender email if the domain server does not have a corresponding SPF record or the corresponding SMTP account is not set up.
If you are unsure about this, just use the following settings:
Now the template can also be linked to a call tracking pool of your choice. Then an email recipient is specified for this purpose.
Use Custom Template #
With the Custom Template we offer our customers a lot of free design freedom. For example, an e-mail can be sent with your own logo and only under certain conditions. Here we have a video on this topic:
