What is the purpose and legal basis for processing your personal data?
We process personal data pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR that is necessary for the fulfillment of obligations arising from the contractual relationship with our customers (e.g. a call tracking contract), for correspondence and for invoicing. In particular, this data includes salutation, first name, surname, a valid e-mail address, postal address, phone number (landline and/or cell) and bank account details.
We may process personal data for the purpose of advertising our own services (e.g. event invitations, product information, special offers); this is a legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR – you can object to this use of your data at any time.
Who has access to your personal data?
Your personal data will only be passed to third parties if this is necessary for the purpose of executing the contract (e.g. for the procurement of telephone numbers, connection to the public telephone network or the Internet, sending of product information), if you have expressly consented to this (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR) or if data protection law permits this. For how long do we save your personal data?
Your personal data will be used and saved for the execution of our contract with you or for the implementation of your requested actions (e.g. offer preparation, response to a contact query) and for advertising purposes (see above). As soon as the personal data is no longer required for fulfillment of the purpose, it shall be deleted. If there are legal retention obligations, the data shall be blocked until expiry of the retention obligations and then deleted.
What rights do you have?
Given certain prerequisites, you have the right, at no cost, to obtain information about the personal data we have stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR), to have incorrect data corrected (Art. 16 GDPR) and to demand the erasure of data (Art. 17 GDPR) or the restriction of the processing of data (Art. 18 GDPR) and the portability of your personal data (Art. 20 GDPR).
You may object to the use of the data for direct marketing purposes at any time; you may also object to the use of the data on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. e (“Performing a task in the public interest”) or f (“Protecting legitimate interests”) GDPR at any time with effect for the future for reasons arising from your particular situation.
If we process data on the basis of your consent, you can revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future.
