Corporate Lecture: Digital Customer Experience – Turning data into successful business stories
Our matelso founder and CEO Frank G. Froux started our conference presence on March 6th with his lecture to the topic Digital Customer Experience.
In his German presentation he discusses the challenges of data-driven marketing and the importance of integrating all relevant conversational touchpoints – e.g. (video) calls, chat, mail or contact forms – into a single, centrally managed and accessible platform which allows marketers to better and easier optimize their online marketing strategies and their marketing ROI. Also he shows how important it is to create innovative and efficient lead management processes that generate more valuable leads with the same budget.

The solution: matelso platform for a communication based lead management
The new matelso platform provides marketers with a cloud-based solutions to strengthen marketing performance, customer lifecycle management and Digital Customer Experience. The platform includes features such as contact management, communication tools (e.g. phone, chat, video call, and mail), and an integration into third-party systems like CRM or analytics tools – especially Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
