The new matelso sales team
matelso sales team: Only recently, we positioned the marketing team of our MarTech company more strategically than before and thus professionalized our work massively. Now comes the next organizational evolutionary leap. New on board: the experienced Sales & Account Management experts Kristen Weber (41), Dominic Ordonio (34) and Tom Gerhardt (25).
With these three new colleagues, we are taking our sales team to the next level in order to have a stronger presence in the market with our software solutions in the areas of Communication Management & Lead Management and Call Tracking.
About Kristen Weber, Dominic Ordonio and Tom Gerhardt
Kristen Weber joins us as a new Sales & Account Manager. The US-American will contribute her collected organizational knowledge from 16 years of professional experience in the tech and IT industry to further professionalize our sales processes and make them more efficient. She will also optimize the internal, cross-departmental exchange between Product Management, Consulting, Marketing and Customer Care, thus ensuring greater success.
Dominic Ordonio also joins the team as a further Sales & Account Manager. The proven sales specialist will contribute his expertise in contract negotiations as well as in the development and implementation of sales and customer relationship strategies to convince even more prospective customers of our call tracking technology and the Communication & Lead Management solution matelso platform. In addition, he will take care of business with existing customers.
The third new member: Tom Gerhardt – also as Sales & Account Manager. In this role he is responsible for creating new customer relationships and deepening existing ones. His main focus is on companies from the agency industry, for whom he develops and implements dedicated sales and up-selling strategies – for matelso’s call tracking and lead management solutions.

In addition to Weber, Ordonio and Gerhardt, our sales team also includes Ana-Maria Cosma-Scheu, who joined the software manufacturer a few months ago and has since been driving the marketing technology solutions Call Tracking and matelso platform into the market. The team already has some great successes to celebrate: Brands such as Autohaus Mothor, Pflegehilfe Schweiz AG and BCS Mobile GmbH were recently convinced by the Lead Management solution matelso platform. And in the field of Call Tracking, too, several milestones have been reached with the acquisition of new customers such as Anticimex (Germany and Switzerland) and nyxoah Belgium, as well as the expansion of existing business with SIXT and Vodafone.
