Three new colleagues for Sales and Customer Care

Our development as a MarTech company is constantly progressing. It is not just our software-as-a-service solutions for Call Tracking and Multichannel Communication & Lead Management that are constantly improving. We are also creating new structures and team constellations that contribute to our long-term success – including in the areas of Customer Care and Sales. We can now welcome three new colleagues to the matelso family: Ranja Juarez in Customer Care and Michael Grubert and Shyqeri Berisha in the Sales team. All three are now contributing their specific expertise to us and our joint success.

A brief introduction of our new colleagues:

Consulting / Customer Care

Ranja Juarez is joining our Consulting team with immediate effect in the position of Customer Care Specialist. She will contribute her extensive expertise in the areas of service and customer care, coupled with a great deal of empathy and a targeted hands-on mentality. Always with the aim of solving our customers’ challenges quickly and enthusiastically. In her role as a central point of contact for our existing customers, she will make a significant contribution to their satisfaction and loyalty. Ranja previously worked at Arxum GmbH in Kaiserslautern as Sales Manager and at Momomobil in Spangdahlem as Office Manager and in Customer Service.

Sales & Account Management

Also new on board is Michael Grubert, who joins us as Sales and Account Manager with an impressive 18 years of sales experience and proven expertise in social media management. His main task is to build bridges between our existing and prospective customers and our company and to drive NewBizz forward. Before joining matelso, he worked as a media consultant at Euro Radio Saar GmbH in SaarbrĂĽcken, where he drove the digital development of sales. Before that, he worked in marketing for the bigFM brand at Radiocom S.W. GmbH in Ludwigshafen.

And the youngest of the bunch: Shyqeri Berisha. He also joins our MarTech company as a Sales and Account Manager and brings fresh perspectives and technical know-how to the sales team. With several years of experience in all aspects of sales, he has valuable insights into sales strategies and negotiation skills. His dedication and passion for technology and software will foster close and regular communication with customers and prospects, which will contribute to increased customer loyalty. Before joining us, he worked as a key account manager at Adecco and Randstad, among others. There he looked after well-known customers such as Amazon.

The matelso evolution

These new appointments are just one element of our strategic development. Previously, CEO Frank G. Froux had already set the course to position our SaaS solutions more strongly in the market – with efficient organizational structures in the areas of Solution Management & Consulting and Marketing Communication (MarCom). In addition, we moved into our new company building in Kaiserslautern at the beginning of October – the matelso Inspiration Hub. In an area of around 2,600 m², the team there develops MarTech platforms that make the future of companies more successful and bring marketing and sales closer together – in line with our corporate mission: We love turning data into successful business stories.
