We continue to grow and strengthen brand and product

Our software company is continuing to grow! As a leading MarTech business with a focus on Call Tracking and online marketing, we are constantly working to further develop our portfolio in the direction of data analysis and management of all voice-driven channels. In addition, we want to position ourselves as a partner for data-driven conversational marketing for potential customers in the future. To this end, our CEO and founder Frank G. Froux is bringing two additional specialists onto the team, which now numbers just under 35: William Wells (47) in the newly created position of Manager Corporate Communications and Andrew Gursky (32) as IT Infrastructure Expert.

From now on, both will contribute their respective expertise in the fields of communications and IT infrastructure and support our software company in developing and marketing new solutions – also internationally. In the future, these solutions will simplify the complexity of the increasingly confusing digital tool landscape for marketers, sales and customer care specialists. Another goal is to provide companies with applications that will enable them to better and more efficiently analyze information from conversation-driven communication channels such as e-mail, telephony, and video calls and use it to add value in all areas of their business.

William Wells: New Manager Corporate Communications for the software company matelso

William Wells will be responsible for communicating this to the market. The accomplished communications professional will bring his extensive expertise in the fields of PR, public relations, storytelling and media relations to the table in order to position our software company and its comprehensive solutions more strongly in the market than before. His knowledge of the marketing, agency and technology industries, acquired over the past 16 years, plays a special role in this. This know-how pays off directly for our product and brand communication. Prior to his move, William Wells worked for the Cologne-based digital agency dotfly – also as Corporate Communications Manager.

Andrew Gursky: Our software and hardware infrastructure in good hands

Andrew Gursky is also a new addition to the team. The Linux and hardware specialist, who comes from Kharkiv in the Ukraine, has gained extensive experience in the areas of IT administration and systems engineering in the course of his almost 15-year career – most recently as Chief IT Engineer of a leading plastics producer in his home country. As an IT infrastructure expert, he will be responsible for our in-house hardware and software infrastructure. In the future, he will also play a key role in helping our software company to reorganize our network and make it future-proof – through innovative microservices, container-based development methods, a high degree of automation (Kubernetes) and further expansion of the company’s own server structure. However, his impact will not only be felt internally. His hardware skills and network skills will also pay dividends on the product side, helping us to further develop our innovative Software as a Service solutions.

Driven by the topics of Big Data and AI, one of our biggest challenges is to continuously develop and future-proof our highly available SaaS solution so that it fits perfectly with current and upcoming market requirements and creates a real competitive advantage for our customers,” says Frank G. Froux. “Therefore, we are very happy to have found two specialists in William and Andrew who will bring us forward both in terms of communication and technology.”
