The matelso Academy is more than just a learning platform. It is the expression of our vision to enable collaborative learning-on-the-job and to bundle the entire know-how of our company – especially of our technical specialists – and make it available to all employees. This is done in the form of workshops, lectures and guest presentations, where dedicated knowledge as well as best practices are in the foreground. Always with the goal: to promote consistent communication – both internally and externally – through a consistent knowledge transfer regarding new technologies, innovative approaches and methods, as well as our own matelso solutions (Call Tracking and the matelso platform).
Strengthening employee competencies through expert knowledge
One of our main visions with the matelso Academy is to build up our internal specialists as trainers and mentors and to use them specifically for an efficient knowledge transfer. With their in-depth know-how and practical experience, they impart extensive knowledge in the areas of MarTech, online marketing, operational processes and CRM – both in relation to our customers and target markets and to matelso. They help our employees to better understand the features and benefits of our matelso solutions and thus contribute to a consistent appearance.
