An additional country can only be activated for your account by matelso Account Management. Before you request the activation, you should first check whether this country is already activated for you.
To do this, log in to the Control Panel and navigate to “Configuration”->”Phone numbers”. Click on the “+” button to book a new phone number. In the “Book phone numbers” dialogue, open the “Country” drop-down menu. All countries that can be selected here are already activated.
If the desired country is not activated, check which requirements exist in this country. You can find this information in the “passive tab” of the control panel under “Help and Service”->”Countries and phone numbers”.

If you are sure that you meet the requirements and, if applicable, have a registered office in one of the available area codes, you can request activation by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
