When you create a subscriber, it may happen that it is not directly validated and available. Here we explain what the status “Regulations incorrect or missing” means. #
What are regularities for a subscriber? #
A subscriber is the natural or legal person who can book telephone numbers (telephone number pools). Subscribers have a minimum requirement of address data, which is necessary for booking telephone numbers. In addition to the address data, it may be necessary to provide further documents or information. This differs by country and by number categorie. You can always check the current requirements for subscribers in our Control Panel:
All these details about a subscriber are the requested regularities.
What does the status “Regulations incorrect or missing” mean? #
After you have created a subscriber, you may receive this status message:
You can find the status in the overview of an individual subscriber:
It means that the subscriber information is missing, incorrect or needs to be verified.
Here are a few examples:
For subscriber A, no house number was entered in the address data. However, this is necessary. The status “Regulations incorrect or missing” will be displayed.
For Subscriber B, proof of address is required to validate the subscriber. A proof of address can be for example an excerpt from the commercial register. However, a picture of the website was uploaded. This is not a valid proof of address and was rejected after verification. The status “Regulations incorrect or missing” will be displayed.
For Subscriber C, proof of address is needed to validate the subscriber. The proof of address has been uploaded. Since the proof has to be checked manually, the status “Regularities wrong or missing” will be displayed for the time being. Matelso checks every subscriber installation on weekdays.
If all data is correct and the status is still displayed after one business day, just contact service@matelso.com, we will be happy to help.
