It happens that an ordered phone number/phone number pool is not directly assigned. The status of the pool in the overview is then set to “ordered”. #

This can have the following causes, for example:

– Allocation is not possible at the moment because there is no phone number in stock. – This happens very rarely, but is possible especially when booking large number pools (10 000+)

– You have booked a number category or area code that is not available for the subscriber. For example, a manual number without identification documents or with an address in Munich try to book an area code in Hamburg.

– The country in which the number is to be booked is not activated for you.

Please check your activated countries in your contract documents. You can request additional country activations from us. You will receive the corresponding prices, which must be confirmed on your part, and then the call number / call number pool will be allocated promptly.

For bookings in countries where you have not yet activated any telephone numbers, we ask you to plan well in advance.

It can take several working days until the corresponding commercials (costs, activation and possibly proof of address, etc.) have been clarified and the phone number / the phone number pool has been assigned.
